Promoting education, including special education and employment enhancing vocation skills especially among individuals with focus on differently abled/individuals with special needs and livelihood enhancement projects.

Project Description
Every young adult with special needs, globally, must be empowered to lead a happy and productive life. We have continued our endeavor to improve the lives of children who are differently-abled and provide opportunities for their holistic development through different initiatives. We have been an active contributor to “Mann” a center where they prepare and integrate young adults with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities into mainstream jobs - in offices, retail outlets, hotels, restaurants, and warehouses - training them and providing opportunities to build successful careers.

We open a world of possibilities - enabling them to earn an income, function, and travel independently, make friends, enjoy recreational activities, and experience all that life has to offer any young person.

To date, Mann has transformed the lives of nearly 450 youth who were otherwise destined to a life of anguish and seclusion.

Mann trains young adults with IDD and Autism for meaningful work – partnering with businesses to help them secure jobs, become valued employees, and contribute to their families and society. We foster their physical and emotional well-being and provide opportunities to experience life as any young adult
